The hot water-falls fell freely down his face as he looked down upon her, her lips twitching, trying to up-hold a smile for their last moments together- one he would surely remember forever. He could see the light leave her eyes, and if the pool of liquid pouring freely from her body, and the stream trickling from the side of her mouth wasn't enough to tell him she was leaving... the fact she was no longer shinning and laughing surely did. The fact she was no longer herself...
"L-Luffy..." She croaked, her fingers twitching in a feeble attempt to lift her hand to run it through his soft hair again, as her eye-lids drooped.
"Don't go! Please!" He choked, slowly, gently -- as if she could break -- laying his face onto the tainted surface of her clothed chest; the wet, sticky fabric clinging and molding his face. His muffled wail echoed into the morning air, clutching the once bouncing body in his arms, as if he were waiting for her arms to just wrap around him once more and her encouraging voice to reach his now ringing ears to tell him how she believed in him and ever decision he made.
She was suppose to stay here, he told himself as her chest lowered with a breath and his head following it's last movement. She was suppose to still be here to see the legend become more than that, to see it all with her own eyes and not simple words in books or from stories that were tossed down the line, to conquer her dreams at his side as he accomplished his...
But he had just lost one.

"(Y/n). . ." Said your captain, Monkey D. Luffy. "Just stay still, Chopper will be here in a second. Just hang on." He was leaning over you, blocking your view of the stormy sky. You gave him a red stained smile.
" 'S a little late for that, captain." You whispered. Luffy winced at how weak you sounded.
Gazing up at him, you reached up to touch his face. He stiffened slightly as he felt yo

It hadn't even been five minutes. Law looked to where your body had been , remembering what had just happened.
*Flashback to earlier in the day*
It was a normal day on the heart pirates submarine. You, Shachi, Penguin and Bepo were talking. About what you might ask? Well the subject was constantly changing. Do Something for Me| Dying!Reader X Sanji
Everyone in the Straw Hats knew you were sick from the minute you joined the crew. They all knew your time with them would not be as long as they hoped, or you had. While they were always aware of your condition never once did they let that interfere with your life. They treated you like a normal person, and let you live your life with them accordingly.
So everyone knew that someday would be your last. Everyone knew that you would leave them behind. S
